Love is… a sunday scribbling.
a love poem this isn’t, they just aren’t
my thing,
my muse,
my rant,
my talent,
but I do ever so wish I could write
beautiful sonnets,
astounding haiku’s,
all about love and its alluding powers
of deception,
its ability to hide under noses or destroy
in broad daylight,
love is
a
powerful
thing.

This was written for Sunday Scribblings #234 – Love. I guess in a way, it DID turn out to be a love poem after all… sort of. 🙂
lol. It did turn out to be a love poem! 🙂
…love is a powerful thing…
…true indeed.
Have you ever thought about writing about something you love, not someone you love? That could be your love poem. You love strawberries you could write about how they look and taste. Just a thought…
May I ask, what about this piece is NOT a love poem? 🙂 It speaks Love to me, or at least “about” Love. I write love poetry all the time…I say this is a fine Love Poem 😉 Well done! (for what it’s worth)
thank you very much tracy!
how are you?
hope that all is well…
best wishes,
take care.
you deserve happiness.
This was as real love can be 😉
Pardon the pun, but I loved it. The style was unique and it seemed like scribblings, but was cohesive too. Excellent!
