Empty Remains

tears fall
blood red
like rain
in a world
ruled by
Hell

lost souls
parched
among ruins

fires burning
churning
searing skin
from flesh
consuming all

and still

the search
continues
for the love
you peeled
inch by inch
from my
bleeding
heart

    the search
    continues
    for the love
    you peeled
    inch by inch
    from my
    bleeding
    heart

I am sure heart must still be glowing…with bleeding stopped.. yes..and why not..it shall beat better..now.. without depending on anyone for the rhythm..

    oh boy, that’s empty alright!

    … the love
    you peeled
    inch by inch
    from my
    bleeding

Ouch! This one hurts to read…the pain can be felt with the anger. Well done.
